Returned Items
Overstock or merchandise ordered in error may be returned for credit subject to the following guidelines:
- Merchandise must be in new, saleable condition and in original packaging. No credit will be given for merchandise over one year old.
- A Return Authorization is required before goods may be returned. To obtain one, call 1-800-647-9075.
- The invoice number and date of purchase are required for return approval.
- A 15% restocking fee will be assessed.
