Our fall prevention monitor is a work horse. Built to withstand the inherently rough environment, there is nothing delicate about it. The case is thick-walled polypropylene and the switching mechanism is simple, sturdy and completely mechanical. Many monitors on the market contain sensitive circuitry. One drop and they break. The surface mounted magnet will pull off in any direction allowing for a variety of mounting positions. The cord is adjustable for either wheelchair or bed mounting (18”-32”). The custom stainless steel clip is designed to mount to chair frame, chair back, bed rail or headboard.
A replacement parts kit is available that contains screws, magnet/cord assembly and mounting clip.
