EQUIPMENT HEALTH CHECK (EHC)

We take care of the labor, at no charge to you, to ensure your fall solution is ready to go!

The Challenge

Medical devices become lost, misplaced, or dismantled. The result is your team does not have what is needed to monitor your patients. Keeping safety equipment in place and operational demands staff time and focus to keep these systems ready to go as needed.

Scheduling

MTI will schedule with the hospital a date and time for our team member to be onsite to start the EHC. Before arrival, we require approval for surveying our solution's status and replacing missing items onsite if needed.

Educational Service

While on the unit our team will place training materials to ensure training resources are available. 

The Solution

An Equipment Health Check (EHC). Our MTI team members will go room to room to check the equipment to make sure our solution is properly set and ready to go. Our EHC program takes the pressure off departments that are charged with making sure critical equipment is operational.

Survey

Our team will conduct a survey and report back on findings of the status of the solution on individual nursing units as well as hospital-wide. Once approval is given, our team will begin the process to restore the solution.

Detail Summary

We will provide a detailed summary showing where replacement products are placed. We will replace items as needed, for example, the monitor, cords, or backplates. We document items placed.

No Charge for our Labor

The only charge to the Hospital is for the items that need to be replaced. For example, if we replace a nurse call cord, the only charge would be for the nurse call cord at the contractual rate.

Solution - Ready to GO!

Our Team will check the patient's room and make sure our solution has all parts and accessories connected and ready for use.

Optional Hard Mount (install) of the Device

If needed our team can hard mount the device in the patient room at the point of care. The hospital chooses the location of where the device is to be installed in the room. Call for details and pricing.
